Tasting Note: A ripe and generous style of Sancerre with a real depth of fruit; the crunchy, herbaceous aromatic notes often found in Sauvignon Blanc have been skilfully restrained, allowing fruity layers of green apples and lemons as well as a sweeter note of dried apple rings and a hint of peach to show through.

Food Pairing: The wine comes from Verdigny in the heart of goats cheese country so is ideal with a soft, tangy 'crottin'. Also great with delicate flat fish in a caper sauce.
