Appearance: It presents a yellowish-green color with golden highlights. Nose: Aromas of nut (hazelnut - almond), seed fruits (quince - apple - pear) and citrus. Also toast notes typical of the evolution on fine lees. Palate: Good acidity and intense in the mouth, where we find flavors typical of the predominant varietal. To this is added the structure provided by the Pinot Noir and the long period in contact with fine lees resulting in a product of high complexity.
