A pure and nuanced sensorial development brought from notes of gourmet pastries (buttery, warm madeleines). Beautiful definition with a controlled aromatic expression, equipped with a refreshing and refined complexity. A richness of flavours and pleasure (white stone fruit, fresh quince) amplified by a precise vinification and slow rising creamy mousse. The wine offers body, power and depth. The finish is chiselled and persistent.
