New Beers in Stock

Some exciting new beers to try at Symposium. Our beer selection has grown considerably of late and we are seeing a new wave of drinkers through our doors.

Cloudwater Brew Co. has had an incredible response within our shop and we are please to announce their beers are back in stock with some new additions. “Last year, we travelled to Yakima to hand select hops at source for the second time and, working with YCH, we secured some of the best lots we've had the privilege of using. We've developed a series of six DDH IPAs to share the fruits of hand selection with you"

Lost And Grounded - “We brewed our first ever Gose, a traditional thirst crushing north-German wheat beer! This collaboration brewed with Burnt Mill and Whiplash used a grist of 60% Wheat and 40% Pils malt and was soured with our house lactic culture. This beer had a subtle dose of coriander, a healthy amount of Irish sea salt to promote a smooth and round palate, and was dry-hopped with Sabro and Loral – it is tart, lemony and bright – bring on the sun!”

Howling Hops & Unity Brewing Co. Collaboration - “High & Dry was brewed in collaboration with Unity Brewing Co.Keeping the body light and tight for that classic Köolsch crushability at 4.4%, we’ve added new hoppy dimensions with varieties BRU-1 and El Dorado.Hazy gold in appearance, floral and lightly spicy on the nose, with berry and stone fruit notes on the palate. This is a crisp lager bier with light malt sweetness and clean bitterness”

Yeastie Boys - “Melon Balls is the crispy boi you need as we transition from spring to summer. A complex yet elegant malt grist is the foundation upon which melon, lemon, and lime notes of Huell Melon and Cashmere hops are layered before the gentle amplification of honeydew melon. Make no mistake – this is still a Dortmunder Lager but it is a deliciously fruity and refreshing one”
