Description: Hand crafted from the finest Blackmoor Estate apples, Gospel Green uses the double fermentation champagne method to produce a delicious, and sophisticated sparkling cyder. This technique sees 4 months fermentation in vats followed by a minimum of 10 months in the bottle. Once secondary fermentation is complete, the bottles are disgorged and a ‘dosage’ is added developing the ‘Brut’ taste.
The original owners made their last vintage in 2014, released early 2016. Now revived under new ownership, the 2016 vintage is due for release in early 2018.
